8-6: Installing a hard drive

In this lab I am going to install a second hard drive and make sure that both drives are accessible in Windows explorer.

First I removed the SATA cables from the hard drive that is already in place.

You can see the available bays below the top one.

Here are 3 different hard drives I could install. I chose the black one on top and slid it into place. I anchor the drive to the tower with four screws.

Good luck finding four matching screws!
